Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer (Systems & Network Proxy).

Key Responsibilities

• Hook or redirect outbound connections, manage TLS sessions, and apply content-aware policies in real time
• Add low-level collectors to trace data flows across applications and files, contributing to a unified event stream
• Design and build reliable, secure software that optimizes performance while processing untrusted data

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in network interception and parsing
• Prior work on at least one forward proxy used by security software
• Experience with debugging, profiling, and optimizing low-level system software
• Proficient in designing and implementing application architecture
• Experience with agile development and SCRUM methodologies
