Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to work within their Product Engineering group.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the design and development of high-quality, scalable backend systems in partnership with engineering leads
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering leadership to assess technical implications of new initiatives
• Shape and evolve the long-term technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and identifying architectural improvements

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a high-growth stage company building and architecting SAAS products
• Ability to provide technical insight and direction on projects from concept to delivery
• Experience designing distributed systems and breaking apart monolithic systems
• Node/Javascript and Kotlin background required
• Ability to identify issues and develop scalable solutions through codebase and logs analysis
