Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to build next-generation manufacturing platforms and applications for a digital factory ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services for the factory
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle including ideation, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support
• Mentor entry-level engineers and provide technical feedback through code reviews

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven experience in software development, particularly in web applications and backend services
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices
• Experience with troubleshooting production issues and system robustness improvements
• Ability to lead the implementation of key features within a tech stack
• Experience in mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance
