Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Search APIs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical vision and execution for consumer-facing search capabilities within the listings marketplace
Design, develop, and maintain Server-Driven UI (SDUI) APIs using GraphQL
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of professional software development experience, focusing on backend systems
Strong proficiency in Elixir or another functional programming language
Experience designing and implementing GraphQL APIs
Familiarity with AWS cloud platforms and software engineering best practices
