Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Communications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Amazon Connect contact flows and integrations with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice
Build and maintain AWS Lambda functions, APIs, and supporting infrastructure for voice-enabled solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CTI adapters and monitor system health metrics

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect and AWS service integration
Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and related configurations
Proficiency with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch
Development experience in JavaScript (Node.js) or Python
Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and Open CTI framework
