Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Forward Deployed Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted technical partner to pharma clients, translating business needs into scalable solutions
Build, deploy, and optimize full-stack applications while integrating complex enterprise data
Provide technical leadership and mentorship within small teams, influencing architectural and delivery standards

Required Qualifications

7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with enterprise clients
Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL (PostgreSQL preferred), and strong programming skills in Python
Hands-on experience with data platforms and pipeline tools in an AWS environment
Proven ability to mentor peers or lead small teams while remaining hands-on
Familiarity with Salesforce data models and GTM workflows
