Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to join their Product Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex features and systems across the full-stack platform
• Lead technical initiatives and drive projects from conception through deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building customer-facing applications
• 7+ years of experience with Rails/Ruby and understanding of Rails conventions
• 6+ years of experience in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend development
• 4+ years of experience with AWS cloud services and deployment pipelines
• Experience with relational databases and query optimization
