Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to support the development of a scalable and customer-centric platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver services and domains that power the platform
• Provide technical leadership and shape the technical direction of product and platform domains
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to take ideas from concept to delivery while mentoring other engineers

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in a high-order object-oriented language (especially Python, but open to Go, Java, Scala, C#)
• 9+ years of relevant development experience building production-grade solutions
• Experience with event-driven architectures and high-volume data processing
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and public cloud service platforms
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply that learning effectively
