Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Core OS Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Work on new product introductions and maintain current product line and platform features
Manage AOSP integration, including upstream merges and Square-specific customizations
Architect, develop, and maintain platform OS system services

Required Qualifications

10+ years of development experience
Deep experience with Android Framework, System Services, and AOSP customization
Experience with Android build systems and development tools
Understanding of Android security model and SELinux
Programming experience in C, C++, Java, Kotlin, or Python
