Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join their Engineering team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and deliver product features within 6-week cycles
• Develop solution approaches for projects, considering risks and trade-offs while communicating with stakeholders
• Provide technical designs that align with architectural frameworks, ensuring scalability and performance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• At least 5 years of experience building web applications at scale using Python, Django, and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience as a full stack engineer, owning features from design through deployment
• Strong understanding of best practices for the full software development lifecycle
