Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to build and maintain products in its Safety product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features and products
• Write production-grade code and contribute to the software development lifecycle
• Mentor other developers and lead application architecture decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer, particularly with SaaS applications
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, JavaScript, React, and MySQL
• Experience deploying software using AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, or Docker
• Direct involvement in shipping at least one production application or product
• Knowledge of full stack web development and performance optimization techniques
