Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Front End to lead architectural direction for large-scale UI initiatives in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product lifecycle from problem definition to solution delivery and operation
- Act as a technical partner for Product Management, co-owning the roadmap and identifying engineering opportunities
- Architect and code frameworks while integrating AI tools to enhance development efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with production-grade web applications using frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular
- Mastery in REST/GraphQL APIs and in-depth knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and NodeJS
- Experience leading large-scale projects from conception to production with post-launch support
- Familiarity with monorepo environments and microfrontend architecture
- Experience building and mentoring software engineering teams
