Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, AI & Automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout of AI-driven collaboration and Enterprise GenAI capabilities, managing pilots and training for adoption
- Design and implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes
- Oversee monitoring, incident management, and service reviews to ensure optimal platform performance and user satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT engineering, enterprise applications, or service delivery
- ITIL 4 Foundations certification
- Advanced proficiency in Python scripting and automation frameworks
- Experience with AI & automation platforms, including security and governance practices
- Strong program/project management skills with the ability to independently deliver initiatives
