Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join the Copilot API team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and ship scalable technical solutions across multiple services
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Own the health and quality of systems, participating in on-call rotations and live incidents

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in software engineering or a related technical discipline
• Proven experience in maintaining and delivering production software in languages such as Go, Ruby, Rust, Python, JavaScript, C, C++, C#, or Java
• Associate's, bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree in a relevant field, with corresponding years of experience
• Experience with large-scale system architecture and design, particularly in cloud-based environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud environments
