Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and building scalable platforms
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including performance optimization techniques
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
