Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join their dynamic and fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the internal marketplace console, including scheduling, automations, and reporting
• Lead cross-functional projects and propose strategies to enhance technical solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and manage technical debt in collaboration with product teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record
• 8+ years of experience with Ruby and 3+ years with at least one other programming language
• Experience in both frontend and backend engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver integrated solutions
