Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of high-quality, scalable code while enforcing best practices
• Collaborate with product owners to shape requirements and manage features from design to production
• Act as a technical mentor for engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with .NET/C#
• Expertise in front-end development with Angular/AngularJS and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Deep experience with MongoDB, including schema design and performance tuning
• 2+ years in a tech lead or Staff-level role with mentoring experience
• Experience designing cloud-based applications on AWS or similar platforms
