Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join their engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and ship high-quality technical solutions that scale across multiple services
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to support team growth and quality standards
- Own and advocate for system health and quality, including participation in on-call rotations and live incident management
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in software engineering or related discipline with proven experience in production software coding
- Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Computer Science or related field with varying years of experience
- Experience coding in languages including Go, Ruby, Rust, Python, JavaScript, C, C++, C#, or Java
- Ability to design and implement APIs for software component integration
- Experience utilizing CI/CD tools for automated pipelines in software development
