Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Developer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize build performance and CI/CD pipeline efficiency
• Design and implement improvements to pre-commit testing and code review workflows
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand their needs and translate them into platform capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and infrastructure, focusing on developer tooling or platform engineering
• Deep experience with CI/CD systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency in Golang and/or Python for automation and tooling development
• Experience working with monorepo architectures and understanding their challenges
• Ability to design patterns that work consistently across multiple environments
