Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer (Software), On-Premise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver Kubernetes-based on-premise deployments and control plane services
• Own the architecture of the on-prem operational management console and related tools
• Architect CI/CD pipelines and maintain high-quality code for internal tooling and APIs

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years in software development with experience leading technical direction
• Experience in on-premise environments, including virtual appliances and air-gapped installations
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes, Helm charts, and deployment automation
• 3+ years in a B2B software startup or high-growth organization
• Programming experience in Python, Golang, or Rust
