Key Responsibilities

• Drive backend architecture and system design decisions in Java/Spring-based services
• Lead high-impact scalability, performance, and reliability initiatives from design through production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system health and operational standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Expert-level Java experience with deep knowledge of the Spring framework
• Strong backend focus with relational database expertise (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Proven ability to influence technical direction and ownership across design and delivery
• Experience in complex, legacy product domains with evolving architectures
