Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of critical platform components from concept through deployment
• Drive architectural decisions for scalable, reliable cloud services and APIs
• Partner with product managers and engineering teams to create customer products and features

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years in a senior role
• Experience with C#, TypeScript, or Python, and containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and microservices
• Proven ability to lead by example and mentor others
• Strong understanding of API design and modular system architecture
