Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to design and implement the Agentic AI Platform for autonomous security workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement backend services for multi-agent workflows
• Design scalable workflow engines and human-in-the-loop systems for investigations
• Create integration layers between AI frameworks and microservices architecture

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with backend systems and APIs
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and autonomous workflows using relevant frameworks
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with JVM-based languages
• Experience designing event-driven architectures and building fault-tolerant services
