Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join the Copilot Platform team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and ship high-quality technical solutions across multiple services
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support for code quality and integration
• Own the health and quality of systems, participating in on-call rotations and incident management

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical discipline
• Proven experience in maintaining and delivering production software in languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python
• Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Computer Science or related field with corresponding years of experience
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and high-throughput services
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated pipelines for software development
