Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Internal Developer Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and build an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) to enhance developer self-service capabilities
• Lead initiatives to improve developer velocity and reduce operational toil through automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify platform problems and deliver secure solutions

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a senior software or cloud infrastructure engineer
• Significant experience in building platforms or developer-facing infrastructure tooling
• Proven track record of driving platform engineering initiatives from inception to adoption
• Deep experience with cloud-native infrastructure on AWS and modern runtime patterns
• Expertise in building automation with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD systems
