Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Commissions and Payouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects and coordinate collaboration between engineering squads and product managers
• Architect, design, develop, deploy, and operate services for processing revenue before integration with the ERP system
• Mentor engineers and promote good engineering practices within the team

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with software backend systems and infrastructure
• 5+ years of experience with data architecture and processing tools
• Extensive experience in designing and building scalable distributed systems in a cloud environment
• Proficiency in Python and Golang, with experience in Dockerized environments
• Familiarity with finance or accounting processes is preferred
