Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop scalable and performant solutions
• Work across disciplines to shape product strategy and execution
• Mentor and coach engineers while upholding engineering process standards

Required Qualifications:

• BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• 8+ years of production-level experience building highly scalable systems
• 4+ years of experience as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting
• 4+ years of experience with SQL or other database querying languages
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
