Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build foundational LLM architecture and high-performance distributed systems for healthcare data
• Drive system design and technical planning for critical, cross-functional projects while mentoring junior engineers
• Own multi-quarter technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and measuring the business impact of technical work

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in large-scale software engineering with a focus on service-oriented architectures
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable distributed systems and microservices
• Hands-on experience with Applied AI/LLM features and RAG architectures
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, preferably AWS, with experience in infrastructure design and deployment
• Strong leadership skills in driving technical direction for significant projects
