Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer (Developer Platform).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve internal platform services to enhance shared infrastructure for developers
• Implement agent observability and optimize workflows for reliability and performance
• Contribute to a productivity-driven roadmap to prioritize tradeoffs and standardize processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in building production services and infrastructure in a modern cloud environment
• Proficiency with Go (Golang) or a strong readiness to learn
• Deep technical expertise in scaling container-based orchestration and workflow engines
• Familiarity with Agentic AI or automation workflows and a passion for context engineering
• A genuine interest in a fast-paced, self-directed work culture focused on data-driven improvements
