Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer (Libraries-Platform).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and technical direction for the Libraries Platform, ensuring secure and reproducible workflows
• Design and maintain automation for artifact creation, including vulnerability scanning and policy enforcement
• Build and operate shared platform services that serve both external customers and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in designing and operating infrastructure for language ecosystems or developer platforms
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) or readiness to learn quickly
• Proven experience in building developer tooling and automation for software delivery
• Strong background in CI/CD and cloud native infrastructure, including tools like Terraform and GitHub Actions
• Ability to debug complex toolchain and infrastructure failures in production environments
