Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer (Libraries- Platform).

Key Responsibilities

• Own technical direction and architecture for JS ecosystem infrastructure, ensuring secure build and distribution automation
• Design and optimize systems for automated artifact creation, validation, vulnerability scanning, and remediation
• Build and maintain internal developer tools to enhance workflows for library and package maintenance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure for JavaScript/TypeScript package ecosystems or large-scale open-source projects
• Proven experience in building and maintaining developer tools for JS packages
• Deep familiarity with modern JS build tooling and orchestration of large monorepos
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and infrastructure, including containerization and infrastructure as code practices
• Hands-on experience debugging critical infrastructure and package-building failures at scale
