Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Champion code quality, reusability, scalability, security, and strategic software architecture decisions
Mentor software engineers through code reviews and proven design patterns
Collaborate with Product and Project Management to develop technical game plans from concepts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required
At least 10+ years as a Full Stack Software Engineer
Adept at drafting, validating, and implementing software systems architecture
Experience organizing and prioritizing tasks for a team of 4+ Engineers
Strong experience with TypeScript/JavaScript; React and React Native experience is a plus
