Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of core geospatial products and internal data-processing tools
• Design and maintain data and feature pipelines for geospatial entities
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in software development and system design

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior or Staff Engineer, Tech Lead, Architect, or Engineering Manager
• Strong background in building scalable web applications with React, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL
• Experience in orchestrating and monitoring ML systems in production
• Skilled in designing ETL pipelines with near-real-time orchestration
• Ability to lead architectural discussions and mentor other engineers
