Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Backend Microservices, Rust.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build microservices for platform services in a hybrid cloud environment
• Implement, test, and maintain Runtime Encryption software and assist in deployment and performance tuning
• Participate in peer code reviews and follow security best practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Rust, C/C++, or Python
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with NoSQL databases and Linux system programming
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
