Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer (Remote) to deliver new features across the stack and lead technical projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and hands-on implementation for complex features across the full stack
Champion engineering best practices including test automation and code quality
Mentor and coach engineers while collaborating cross-functionally to shape product direction

Required Qualifications

10+ years of full stack development experience with C# and .NET/Core
Strong experience with front end JavaScript frameworks and scalable Web APIs
Proficient in SQL, including performance tuning and schema design
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and familiarity with Azure DevOps
Passion for test-driven development and test automation
