Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Ads Measurement Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and delivery of features for lift measurement products
• Design, build, and optimize large scale data pipelines for study setup and results computation
• Mentor engineers and drive technical execution and cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• BS+ in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on data-intensive systems
• Strong proficiency in building large scale data pipelines using Java/Scala/Kotlin or Python, plus SQL
• Experience in AdTech and measurement products or adjacent experimentation/analytics platforms
• Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable impact
