Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on growth or product environments
• Strong experience in developing scalable backend services and/or full-stack product features
• Expertise in at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Go, Python, Scala, Java, or C++)
• Demonstrated ability to act as a Tech Lead and align stakeholders on complex projects
• Experience with rapid iteration and A/B testing in a technical context
