Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical ownership and direction for Identity Infrastructure
• Set architectural standards and guide the evolution of identity systems
• Lead a team through complex problem spaces while remaining hands-on in critical areas

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building backend systems in production
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role, including driving architecture and mentoring engineers
• Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems and data pipelines
• Familiarity with data engineering platforms such as Spark or Flink
• Experience with identity-related systems like probabilistic matching or identity graphs is preferred
