Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Build automation systems for complex insurance servicing tasks and improve customer retention
• Compose backend business logic and design backend pipelines for data synchronization and alerts
• Continuously improve backend systems, APIs, and microservice architecture while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of full-stack engineering experience with production-grade software
• Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and systems design
• Experience in building large-scale distributed systems for consumer-facing software
• Ability to take ownership of end-to-end outcomes and improve systems
• Comfortable working asynchronously with a global team
