Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer (Libraries Platform).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and technical direction for the Libraries Platform, including services, pipelines, and package index
• Design and maintain automation for artifact creation, updates, and verification, including vulnerability scanning and policy enforcement
• Build and operate shared platform services and develop internal developer tools to improve library building and shipping processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in designing and operating infrastructure for language ecosystems or developer platforms
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) or readiness to learn quickly
• Proven experience in building developer tooling and automation for software delivery
• Strong background in CI/CD, cloud native infrastructure, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Ability to debug complex toolchain and infrastructure failures in production environments
