Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable full-stack software systems and develop AI-powered applications
• Lead rapid delivery initiatives, mentor engineers, and establish best practices across teams
• Architect RAG systems and optimize AI tool usage while ensuring documentation and reliability standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of experience
• Deep production experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript across backend and frontend
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend API development
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers in ambiguous environments
