Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Conversion Data Privacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy and architecture for conversion data privacy, focusing on access controls and de-identification
• Design and evolve core privacy infrastructure and own de-identification pipelines for ads reporting
• Partner cross-functionally to translate legal/privacy requirements into technical designs and mentor engineers across teams

Required Qualifications

• BS+ in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, especially in large scale or distributed systems
• Strong proficiency in building data pipelines using Java/Scala/Kotlin or Python, plus SQL
• Experience with privacy preserving data systems or large scale analytics platforms
• Proven ability to drive cross-team technical initiatives and mentor engineers
