Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Architecture and Cloud Scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and execution for multi-tenancy in an enterprise SaaS environment
• Design and evolve cloud infrastructure for global scale and reliability, primarily on GCP
• Mentor engineers and connect backend services into a cohesive system architecture

Required Qualifications

• Staff-level backend engineering experience with significant impact
• Proven experience with large-scale, distributed enterprise SaaS systems
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js and/or Python
• Deep experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP
• Experience with AI-driven automation to improve engineering systems
