Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead rapid delivery initiatives and build complete applications across various technology stacks
• Architect and implement RAG systems for complex use cases while mentoring engineers on best practices
• Drive lean transformations and establish metrics to improve processes across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Deep production experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript across backend and frontend
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Demonstrable fluency with AI coding tools and experience architecting production generative AI applications
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers across multiple teams
