Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer (Fulfillment Automation).

Key Responsibilities

• Architect the automation platform by designing end-to-end systems for package creation, test generation, and image building
• Build AI-powered tooling for manifest generation, test scaffolding, and validation
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, guiding technical decisions and shaping the roadmap

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on complex systems
• Strong expertise in Go programming language
• Experience with AI/LLM integration and developer tooling
• Knowledge of Linux, build systems, and container ecosystems
• Experience in designing scalable systems and building developer tools
