Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to design and implement modern software platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain complex full-stack software systems and APIs
• Build and iterate on new products using JavaScript and TypeScript, with backend services in Java and Python
• Lead story breakdowns and provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering developing enterprise-grade applications
• Strong full-stack proficiency with production experience in JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• 8+ years of experience building high-availability, high-performance, scalable services and APIs
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, React, SQL, and MongoDB
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and cloud-based architecture
