Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Marketing Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions and customer journey orchestration
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud for real-time customer engagement
• Design marketing data models and customer data pipelines, and develop reporting frameworks to measure campaign performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Marketing Automation, or CRM engineering
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Strong experience with AMPscript, SQL, and JavaScript
• Experience in designing email templates and marketing automation workflows
• Strong understanding of customer data models and marketing campaign execution
