Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Tech Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction of the squad's roadmap and design scalable system architectures
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and drive refactoring efforts while ensuring predictable delivery
• Act as a technical mentor, promote best practices, and collaborate with Product Managers and other Tech Leads

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience leading technical initiatives end-to-end
• Strong system design and architectural thinking
• Experience in high-growth or scaling environments (Series A/B/C preferred)
• Experience with backend programming languages such as Python or Go
