Key Responsibilities

• Own reliability outcomes for operating the cloud service, driving measurable improvements across teams
• Define and implement reliability targets, including alerting thresholds and operational readiness criteria
• Plan and execute gamedays and chaos testing to validate incident response and operational procedures

Required Qualifications

• Strong computer science fundamentals, particularly in distributed systems and performance
• Experience designing and building complex systems that operate reliably under high load
• Proven ability to drive reliability improvements across multiple services
• Hands-on experience with gamedays, chaos testing, or load testing
• Strong judgment in prioritizing reliability work based on risk and impact
