Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable software solutions to simplify security workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Design microservices, build automation pipelines, and develop APIs for secure integrations
• Guide technical direction, lead architectural decisions, and mentor engineers

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, or security engineering
• Proven experience designing and operating distributed systems and microservices in large-scale production environments
• Strong experience in building internal platforms, developer tooling, or automation systems
• Highly skilled in backend development using programming languages such as Python
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and services in AWS, including infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform
